3rd FLO

3rd FLO (formally known as the Heizman Boiz) are three young men that use their performance energy and flavor to make their mark in the southern rap scene. Chad Clendenin aka CAP born in Dayton, Ohio moved to Stone Mountain, Georgia at 2 months old. He began rapping three years ago after being influenced by the popularity of
Atlanta hip-hop music. CAP’s first album was recorded with his group Presidential Status before he teamed up with his other 3^rd FLO group mates.

CAP attendedAlbany State where he reunited with childhood friend Delray Fuller aka D-RAY who introduced him to Donnell Johnson aka D-NELL. The three of them teamed up and created Heizman Boiz before changing their name to 3^rd FLO. D-NELL was born and raised in Southwest Atlanta and always had a passion for music. Even as early as middle school he rapped amongst his peers in the cafeteria, displaying his talents.

Growing up D-NELL free styled his lyrics never writing anything and it wasn’t until college that his group members encourage him to write down his raps. D-RAY born and raised in Stone Mountain, Georgia began rapping his senior year in high school. He rapped with a local group, Terra Posse, making music for fun, but after reuniting with CAP and teaming up with D-NELL, he decided to take music seriously.

After doing a school talent show together, 3rd FLO, aka the Heizman Boiz, have been making their name known throughout Atlanta and other Southern cities. With their hit “Do the Heizman”, 3rd FLO was signed to J Million Records and are currently in the studio finishing up their debut album.
